摘要
针对传统静态情况下研究连杆的力学特性时,并不能在其运动过程中实时反映其受力状况,根据应变遥测的原理,提出一种多路微应变遥测系统的设计方案。该设计采用MSP430F149系列单片机为主控,24L01为主芯片的无线收发模块,将4路数据通过无线模块传至上位机。本系统PCB板宽度为1.5cm,长度为5cm,工作电流小于20mA,测量精度达到2%,该系统具有体积小、低功耗、精度高、抗冲击及操作方便等特点。本测量方案可以灵活实现模块化,所设计的同一块PCB可以移植到许多电阻应变传感器的设计中去。
For traditional static, it cannot be real to reflect the state of stress during its movement in time when we study the mechanical properties of connecting rod, and then, according to the principle of strain telemetering, we put forward a kind of multi-channel micro-strain telemetering. This design uses MSP430FI49 series single-chip computer for the master, 24L01 as the main chip for wireless transceiver module, 4-channel data for the host computer through the wireless module system designs. For this system, the width and length of PCB are 1.5 cm and 5 cm. Its working current is less than 20mA and measurement precision reaches 2%.For whose features are small size, low power consumption, high precision, idmpact resistance and ease of operation etc. The scheme of this measurement can be able to flexibly realize modularity, and the same piece of designed PCB can be removed to many designs of resistance strain sensor.
