摘要
针对感应测井仪器井下系统的控制时序复杂、地下环境多变的特点,设计了一种基于FPGA的控制及通信电路。实现了感应测井仪井下仪器在各种工作状态下,稳定的时序控制以及测井数据的通信。基于FPGA实现了仪器对井下探测信息的曼彻斯特编解码,是整个通信模块的核心,同时实现了整个井下系统复杂的时序控制,大量数据的缓存、转换和发送。通过电缆与仪器的地面系统进行通信,数据上传和命令下行都由此实现。经实践证实,该设计可靠,与地面通信稳定,满足了设计要求。
As timing control for Induction Logging Tool is very complecated, the communication circuits is designed on the basis of FPGA, which meets the needs of stably timing control and data communication. The Manchester coding and decoding, timing control for the whole underwell logging system, data caching and transmitting were designed in FPGA. In practical applications, the design is reliable and the communication to PC is stable, which fully meets the requirements.
