Situation Analysis and Development Path for Rural Residents′ Happiness Consumption

农村居民人均纯收入实际增长率超过城镇居民人均可支配收入增长率,同时也超越了国内生产总值增长率。我们通过进一步改善农村生产生活条件,稳定发展农业生产;通过建立农业生产性补贴和农产品价格的稳定机制,完善农村金融市场,多渠道增加农民收入;加快农村社会保障制度建设,推进农村城镇化、农业现代化进程,深化农村综合改革。做到农村居民能消费、敢消费、安全消费、幸福消费,实现潜在消费需求向真实消费需求转化,实现潜在消费意愿向有效消费需求转化的幸福消费,巩固和发展农业农村好形势。

Rural residents＇ per capita net income growth rate has exceeded urban residents＇ per capita disposable income growth rate and the gross domestic product growth rate as well. To consolidate and further develop the rural consumption, to convert potential consuming demand to the real one and to realize happy consumption which turns potential consuming willingness to effective consuming demand, we can take the following measures. Firstly, we can improve the producing and living conditions of rural areas to ensure the steady devel- opment of agriculture. Secondly, we can establish mechanisms to provide agricultural subsidies and stable price o{ agricultural produce so as to perfect rural financial market and increase peasants＇ income. Furthermore, we can also accelerate the construction of rural social security system, the rural urbanization and agricultural mod- ernization to deepen comprehensive rural reforms. The author of the paper believes that the measures mentioned above will not only enable rural residents to consume and dare to consume but also ensure safe consumption and happy consumption.
