周仲瑛教授清热化湿治疗免疫性肝炎

Treating of Autoimmune Hepatitis with Removing Heat and Dampness of Prof.ZHOU Zhongying

周仲瑛教授认为,自身免疫性肝炎临床症状类似于慢性乙肝,其治疗的基本思路与一般肝炎相一致,湿热仍是贯穿其病程的基本病理因素,清化湿热是其治疗大法。但又有其自身发病特点,还当参照中医的"痹证"、"燥证"、"阴阳毒"等来治疗,当参入祛风利湿、滋阴润燥、凉血解毒之类的药物。

Prof. ZHOU Zhongying considers that autoimmune hepatitis is similar to chronic hepatitis B in its clinical manifestations due to common pathogenic damp heat and the two can be treated with same principle of clearing heat and resolving dampness. Its own pathogenic features can be relieved by adding such kinds of drugs as dispelling wind and inducing diuresis, nourishing yin and moistening dryness, and cooling blood and detoxieating drugs with the reference of treatment to Bi syndrome, dry syndrome and Yin - Yang toxicity.
