摘要
李旭成认为颈椎病发生常见病因不外乎外风及内风,外风即风寒湿邪侵袭颈部,致使寒凝筋脉、局部肌肉收缩痉挛、血行不畅,颈部肌肉肌力不平衡(颈肌痉挛)导致颈项胀痛,内风多由正气亏虚,肝肾不足,肝肾阴虚,肝风内动;或正气不足,痰湿内生,风痰上扰清窍所致。临床常见外风、内风合而为病;据症状及相关实验诊断,归纳为眩晕伴颈项胀痛型(颈型、椎动脉型、混合型)和非眩晕颈项胀痛型(脊髓、交感神经型),自拟秦葛黄芪汤(黄芪、秦艽、葛根各30g,羌活、桂枝各10g,当归、赤芍各15g,甘草10g)。
