摘要
[目的]观察参附汤合葶苈大枣泻肺汤加减,配合小量西药治疗心力衰竭疗效。[方法]对55例心力衰竭患者采用参附汤合葶苈大枣泻肺汤加减配合小量西药口服,连用15d为1疗程,治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]显效42例,有效10例,无效3例,总有效率94.55%。[结论]参附汤合葶苈大枣泻肺汤加减配合小量西药治疗心力衰竭疗效较好。
[ Objective] To observe effect of treating heart failure with Shenfu decoction and Tingli Dazao Xiefei decoction plus western medicine. [ Method] In 55 patients with heart failure treated with Shenfu decoc- tion Tingli Dazao xiefei decoction combined with western medicine for 15days epsilon oral, 1 courses of treat- ment, after 1 courses of treatment for therapeutic efficacy. [Results] Effective in 42 cases, effective in 10 ca- ses, 3 cases are invalid, the total efficiency of 94.55%. [Conclusion] Effect of Shenfu Decoction Tingli Dazao Xiefei decoction combined with western medicine for the treatment of heart failure curative effect of small.
