疏肝化脂汤治疗脂肪肝对照观察

Soothing the Liver of Fat Soup in the Treatment of Fatty Liver Observation

[目的]观察疏肝化脂汤治疗脂肪肝疗效。[方法]将90例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例。治疗组使用疏肝化脂汤(药用柴胡、半夏、白术、山楂、五味子、丹参、郁金、橘红、茯苓、泽泻、甘草),将上药加水500mL浸泡30min,煎30min,取汁200mL;二煎加水400mL,取汁200mL;二煎混合,分早晚2次饭后温服。对照组使用硫普罗宁+非诺贝特片,2次/d,口服。观测症状及辅助科室指标积分。治疗1疗程2个月,2个疗程后判定疗效。[结果]治疗组症状、辅助科室指标积分治疗后均有不同程度改善,治疗后治疗组症状、辅助科室指标积分均优于对照组。治疗组总有效率优于对照组。[结论]疏肝化脂汤对脂肪肝有良好的疗效和安全性。

[ Objective ] Observation of lipid Decoction on the treatment of fatty liver with. [ Methods ] 90 pa- tients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 45 cases in each group. The treatment group used Shugan grease soup （ medicinal bupleurum, pinellia, Atractylodes, hawthorn, Schisandra, Salvia mihiorrhiza, tulip, orange, tuckahoe, liquorice, Alisma orientalis ） , the drug will be on water immersion of 500mL 30min 30min, fried, fried juice 200mL; two 400mL water, juice 200mL; two fried mixed, morning and evening hours after meal 2 times warm clothes. The control group used the tiopronin ＋ fenofibrate tablets, 2 times of/d, oral. Observation of symptoms and auxiliary departments index score. 1 course of treatment was 2 months, 2 after treatment to determine efficacy of treatment. [ Results ] Symptoms in the treatment group, auxiliary department score after treatment were improved in different degrees, after treatment of symptoms in the treatment group, auxiliary departments index score was better than the control group. The total effective rate of treatment group was superior to control group. [ Conclusion ] Shugan decoction on fatty liver of grease has good efficacy and safety.
