丹参川芎嗪、血塞通软胶囊联合西药治疗稳定型冠心病心绞痛对照研究

[目的]观察丹参川芎嗪、血塞通软胶囊联合西药治疗稳定型冠心病心绞痛疗效。[方法]使用对照方法,将60例住院患者分为两组,均采用常规治疗。对照组30例倍他乐克,拜阿司匹林,他汀类调脂药物及硝酸酯类药物。治疗组29例丹参川芎嗪、血塞通软胶囊,观察心绞痛症状、心电图。两组均2周为1疗程,治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]临床疗效治疗组显效12例,有效15例,无效2例,总有效率93.10%。对照组显效9例,有效15例,无效6例,总有效率80.00%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组。心电图疗效治疗组显效15例,有效10例,无效4例,总有效率86.21%。对照组显效9例,有效14例,无效7例,总有效率76.67%。心电图疗效治疗组优于对照组。[结论]丹参川芎嗪注射液联合血塞通软胶囊治疗不稳定型冠心病心绞痛的疗效肯定,其作用机制明确,使用安全,值得临床推广使用。
