参附汤联合西药治疗扩张性心肌病心力衰竭随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察参附汤联合西药治疗扩张性心肌病心力衰竭疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按入院顺序先后随机分为两组,对照组40例给予西药常规治疗,治疗组40例参附汤(人参30g,附子10g,黄芪15g,当归、麦冬各12g,大枣6枚)1剂/d,水煎100mL,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。均连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、NYHA心功能分级、左室射血分数(LEF)。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]心功能改善治疗组显效15例,有效22例,无效2例,恶化1例,总有效率92.50%;显效11例,有效20例,无效7例,恶化2例,总有效率77.50%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);左室射血分数治疗组显著改善(P<0.01),对照组无显著变化(P>0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]参附汤联合西药对于扩张性心肌病心功改善具有较好的作用。

[ Results] Cardiac function to improve the treatment group （p 〈 15 cases, 22 cases effective, invalid in 2 cases, 1 case of deterioration, the total effective rate 92.50% , Control group 11 cases were markedly improved, effective 20 cases effectiveness and 7 cases, deterioration in 2 cases, the total effective rate 77.50%, The curative effect of treatment group was better than control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; Left ventricular ejection fraction significantly improve the treatment group （P 〈0.01 ）, and the control group had no significant change （ P 〉 0.05 ）, the treatment group than in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] Ginseng, radix aconiti lateralis preparata, radix astragali prescriptions mainly combined the west- ern medicine for dilated cardiomyopathy improve cardiac function has a good effect.
