血栓通联合前列地尔治疗慢性肾功能不全随机平行对照研究

Xueshuantong Conbined witth Alprostadil for the Treatment of Chronic Renal Insufficiency:Random Paralled Control Study

[目的]观察血栓通联合前列地尔治疗慢性肾功能不全(CRF)疗效。[方法]采用随机平行对照方法,将40例慢性肾功能不全患者按简单随机分为治疗组及对照组各20例,均予常规综合治疗(低蛋白饮食加用复方α-酮酸、应用尿毒清颗粒口服,控制血压,纠正贫血及对症治疗)。对照组前列地尔10ug+生理盐水10mL,静脉推注,1次/d。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用血栓通0.45+5%葡萄糖注射液250mL,静脉点滴,1次/d。观测血肌酐(Scr),尿素氮(BUN),胱抑素C(CysC),内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)、24h尿量及24h尿蛋白等。[结果]治疗前两组Scr、BUN、CysC、Ccr、24h尿量、24h尿蛋白差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组慢性肾功能不全患者的血Scr、BUN、CysC较对照组明显下降(P<0.05),Ccr、24h尿量较对照组明显升高(P<0.05),24h尿蛋白无差异(P>0.05)。[结论]血栓通联合前列地尔治疗慢性肾功能不全有较好的疗效,能有效延缓CRF进展。

[ Objective ] Observation of xueshuantong combined with alprostadil for the treatmen of chronic rernal insufficiency （CRF）effect. [ Methods ] The use of random paralled control method. A retrospective in patients with chronic renal insufficiency： in a report of 40 cases, Simple were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 20 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were given routine treatment：Giv- en the low protein diet plus compound α - keto acid, Application of niaoduqing oral, Control of blood pressure, Correct of anemia and symptomatic treatment. The control group in the comprehensive treatment based on the use of alprostadil 10ug ＋ 10mL saline, Intravenous injuedtion, 1/day. The treatment group were treated with Xueshuantong injection 250mL 0.45 ＋ 5% glucose, Intravenous drip, 1/day. Observation before and after treat- ment, serum creatinine （ Scr）, blood urea nitrogen （ BUN）, Cystatin C （ CysC ）, creatinine clearance （ Ccr）, 24hours urine and 24hours urine protein index. [Result] In two groups before treatment Scr, BUN, CysC, Ccr, 24hours, 24hours urine protein urine volume difference was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ） , Group therapy in patients with chronic renal insufficiency of blood Scr, BUN, CysC decreased significantly compared with the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）, 24hours urine protein had no difference （P 〉 0. 05 ）. [ Conclusion] Xueshuantong combined with Alprostadil for the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency with better curative effect, can effectively delay the progress of CRF.
