眼针联合中药治疗偏头痛随机对照观察

Eye Acupuncture Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine for Treatment of Randomized Controlled Observation

[目的]观察眼针联合中药治疗偏头痛疗效。[方法]将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予院内制剂头痛1号(药用川芎、荆芥、薄荷、羌活、细辛、白芷、甘草、防风等),1剂/d,水煎,3次/d,口服。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上联合眼针治疗。两组以10d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈9例,显效12例,有效7例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%。对照组治愈3例,显效5例,有效14例,无效8例,总有效率73.33%。治疗组总有效率优于对照组。[结论]眼针配合中药治疗偏头痛有较好的疗效。

[ Objective ] To observe eye acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine for treat- ment of migraine. [ Methods ] 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, Each group of 30 cases. Control group give the hospital preparation of headache no. 1 （ medicine of Ligusticum walli- chii, Schizonepeta, mint, notopterygium root, Herba Asari, Radix Angelicae Dahuricae, liquorice, Saposhnik- ovia divaricata, etc）. A dose of every day , water boiled, Three times every day , take orally, treatment group which in the control group treatment was on the basis of combining with eye acupuncture. Two groups with 10 days for a period of treatment, After two courses of treatment to determine efficacy. [ Results ] the treatment group were cure 9 cases, markedly 12 cases, improve 7 cases,invalid 2 cases, total efficiency rate for 93.33 %. The control group were cure 3 cases, markedly 5 cases, improve 14 cases, invalid 8 cases, total efficiency rate for 73.33%. total efficiency in treatment group is better than in control group. [ Conclusion] Eye acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine has a better effect.
