通过对心悸证患者的临床辨证,将其分为心虚胆怯证、心脾两虚证、心阳虚弱证、阴虚火旺证、心血瘀阻证、水气凌心证进行辨证施护,结合入院评估、病情观察、给药护理、饮食和心理调护,依据不同的症候特点给予不同的护理措施,保证治疗措施的有效实施,促进疗效。

We divide palpitations into different syndromes, which include fright due to deficiency of heart -energy ,weakness of both the heart and the spleen, deficiency of the heart -yang, deficient yin induces vigor- ous fire, stagnation of the heart - blood, aqueous qi affects the heart, by differentiation of syndromes, and then we will determine the treatment based on differentiation of syndromes and signs. We offer different nursing in- terventions to different syndromes, and combine Admission assessment, disease observation, nursing of adminis- tration, dietary and psychological nursing to ensure the effective implementation of the treatment measures and promote the efficacy.
