Expression of Twist in Ovarian Serous Cystadenocarcinoma and Its Significance

摘要 [目的]分析Twist蛋白与卵巢浆液性囊腺癌的关系。[方法]采用免疫组化方法检测Twist蛋白在卵巢浆液性囊腺癌、卵巢交界性浆液性囊腺瘤、卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤中的表达情况。[结果]Twist蛋白在卵巢浆液性囊腺癌、交界性浆液性囊腺瘤、浆液性囊腺瘤中的阳性表达率分别为78.33%(94/120)、37.50%(3/8)、25.00%(2/8),经比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.119,P<0.01),但在交界性浆液性囊腺瘤、浆液性囊腺瘤中差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.291,P=0.590)。8例正常卵巢组织中未见Twist蛋白阳性表达。Twist蛋白在卵巢浆液性囊腺癌组织中的阳性表达率在有无淋巴结转移的组织间经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在绝经前后、不同的病理分期、不同组织学分级的卵巢浆液性囊腺癌组织中的阳性率经比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]Twist蛋白与卵巢浆液性囊腺癌发生发展有关,可作为有无淋巴结转移的间接预测指标之一。 [Purpose] To analyze the relationship between Twist protein and ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma. [Methods] The expressions of Twist protein in ovarian serous cys- tadenocarcinoma tissue, ovarian borderline serous cystadenoma tissue and serous cystade- noma tissue were detected immunohistochemically. [Results] The positive rates of Twist in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma, ovarian borderline serous cystadenoma and serous cystadenoma were 78.33%(94/120),37.50%(3/8) and 25.00%(2/8) respectively,with sig- nificant difference(x2=16.119, P〈0.01). However,the difference between borderline serous cystadenoma and serous cystadenoma was not significant (X2=0.291 ,P=0.590). There was no positive Twist expression case in 8 normal ovarian tissues. Twist expression associated with lymph node metastasis (P〈O.OS),and did not associate with menopause,stage and histological grade (P〉0.05). [Conclusion] Twist is correlated to cacinogenesis of ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma,and may be considered as one of indexes for predicting lymph node metastasis.
