The Value of Narrow-band Imaging Endoscopy in the Diagnosis for Early Hypopharyngeal Carcinoma

摘要 由于下咽部特殊的解剖结构,其黏膜早期癌的发现非常困难。近年来,随着内镜领域窄带成像技术(NBI)的发展和临床使用经验的积累,NBI联合高清内镜对于下咽部黏膜癌的诊断价值逐渐得到重视和认同。该文主要对NBI在早期下咽癌诊断中的应用进行综述。 Due to the especial anatomy structure of hypopharynx, the diagnosis of early carcino- ma is very difficult.In recent years,along with the increasing use of narrow band imaging (NBI) endoscopy and the accumulation of experience, the diagnostic value of NBI with high resolution endoscopy in the mucosa carcinoma is gradually approved. NBI in diagnosis of early stage of hypopharyngeal cancer is mainly reviewed in this paper.
