摘要
中国要持续发展,就必须走低碳经济之路,技术创新是实现低碳经济的基础。文章从理论和现实的两个方面浅析了中小企业进行技术创新面临的挑战,探讨了中小企业技术创新的措施。
Low Carbon Economy is the inevitable choice of sustainable development for china. Technological innovation is the basis for realizing low carbon economy. From two aspects of theory and reality, this paper analyzes the challenges that small and medium enterprises face with in technological innovation, and discusses the measures on technological innovation of small and medium enterprise.
