摘要
生大豆饼粕中因含有胰蛋白酶抑制因子等抗营养因子 ,使其饲喂效果大大降低。本研究采用化学钝化法 ,比较系统地研究了多种化学物质对胰蛋白酶抑制因子活性的钝化效果 ,并研究了钝化豆饼的饲喂效果 ,最后确定用5 %尿素处理生豆饼组效果较好 ,可使胰蛋白酶抑制因子失活率达78.55 % ,必需氨基酸不受破坏 ,饲喂产蛋鸡和雏鸡的效果与正常豆粕相近 。
Raw soybean meal-expeller(RSBM) was treated with different chemical inactivators:Urea,Sodium metabisalfite(Na2O2O5),KMnO4,FeSO4,CaO and Na2CO3 ,respectively to inactivate their trypsin inhibitors(TI).The results indicated that RSBM contained markedly higher trypsin inhibitor activity(TIA).Reaction of TI with of 5% urea at room temperature resulted in remarkable reduction(78.55%) of the TIA and EAAS were not influenced.The inactivated raw soybean meal-expeller(ISBM) can be safely and effectively utilizated and its feeding effect is close to the good quality soybean meal-solvent(SBM).The feeding effects of raw soybean meal-expeller was significantly improved.
