饵料中不同蛋白质、纤维素、脂肪水平对加州鲈鱼生长的影响 被引量:21

摘要 以酪蛋白、结晶纤维素、豆油为主要原料 ,对饵料蛋白质含量为39 %、42 %、45 % ,纤维素含量为2.5 %、3.5 %、4.5 % ,脂肪含量为5 %、6 %、7 % ,按正交L9(34)表 ,在水族箱内对加州鲈鱼(Micropterussalmoides)进行饲喂试验。结果表明 ,饵料蛋白质和纤维素三个水平间存在着显著的增重效果和蛋白质效率的差异(P<0.05) ,脂肪三个水平间无论是增重 ,还是蛋白质利用率差异均不显著(P>0.1)。作者建议加州鲈鱼饵料内主要营养素的适宜含量为蛋白质42 %左右 ,纤维素不高于3.5 % ,脂肪不低于6 %。 With the development of largemouth bass cultivation,artificial feed have become the key to increase feed efficiency.The objective of this study is to determine the effects of dietary protein,fibre and fat on the growth of largemouth bass.Acconding to L9(34)table ,using casein,cellulose and soybean oil as main ingredient,the feeding tests were carried out for 23-29g youth fish.The each nutrient in the components was designed as 3 levels:protein was 39%,42%,45%; fiber 2.5%,3.5%,4.5%;fat 5%,6%and7%.The results showed that protein and fiber had significant difference on weight gain among their levels(P<0.05),and 42% and 45% protein levels were better than 39%;2.5% and 3.5% fiber levels were better than 4.5%.Protein efficiency ratio、protein apparent digestibility and feed coefficient ratio further proved that 42% protein and 2.5% fiber levels were the best.There was no difference on weight gain and protein efficiency ratio among fat levels(P>0.1). Thus,the author suggets that nutrient levels of the best compounded diet of largemouth bass are 42% protein,3.5% fiber and 6% fat.
