目的从护理角度对高血压疾病进行探讨,提高患者的防病治病意识。方法对高血压疾病新的概念、治疗、饮食调控、适度运动、体重控制、心理护理等几方面进行阐述。结果与结论通过有效的干预使高血压患者对疾病引起重视,提高高血压患者的生活质量。

Objective From a nursing perspective on hypertensive disease were discussed,improve the patient＇s consciousness of preventing and curing the disease. Methods The new concept of hypertension disease,treatment, diet, moderate exercise, weight control, psychological nursing and so on several aspects. Results and Conclusion Through effective intervention to hypertension patients with the disease seriously, improve the quality of life in patients with hypertension.
