摘要
目的了解结核患者营养护理的效果及证实营养护理的重要性。方法对2010年5月~2011年10月住院结核患者80例实施营养护理,对患者营养指标:体重指数(BMI)、上臂肌围(AMC)、肱三头肌皮褶厚度(TSF)、上臂围(AC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血清蛋白(ALP)、血清前蛋白(PA)等及营养状况进行营养护理前、后的对照分析。结果发现经过1个月的营养护理后,患者的上述营养指标明显上升,营养不良得到改善,与营养护理前相比,均具有显著性统计学差异(均P<0.05)。结论结核患者实施营养护理能够增加患者营养知识,增强患者营养饮食的意识,使饮食更科学、合理;实施营养护理能够提高结核患者的营养指标,改善结核患者营养不良的状况,这对结核病的治疗和转归都有重要意义。
Objective To understand the effect of nutrition care on tuberculosis(TB) patients and confirm the importance of nutritional care.Methods From May 2010 to October 2011, 80 cases with TB received nutritional care. Nutritional indicators: body mass in- dex(BMI), arm muscle eircumference(AMC), triceps skinfold thickness(TSF), arm cireumference(AC), hemoglobin(Hb), serum protein(ALP), serum precursor protein(PA) were compared before and after nutritional care.Results After 1 month of nutritional care, the patient's nutritional parameters above were significantly increased, and there were statistically significant differences compared to pre-nutritional care(P〈0.05).Conclusion Nutritional care can increase patients" nutritional knowledge, enhance the awareness.Implementation of nutritional care can improve the nutritional indicators of TB patients, and improve the situation of malnutrition, which is important to tuberculosis treatment and outcome.
