全程优质护理在部队伤病员管理中的应用

Application of full process quality nursing in managing military patients

目的探讨深化全程优质护理服务在部队伤病员管理中的作用。方法回顾性分析2010年4月～2012年2月,入住本院骨科的部队伤病员332例,将其作为观察组,同时将2007年3月～2010年3月入住本院骨科的部队伤病员341例作为对照组。将全程无缝隙护理人文关怀,深化优质护理服务内涵,改革护理质量控制等措施应用于观察组部队伤病员的管理,对2组患者满意度、自我管理意识、护士主动完成基础护理、平均住院天数进行对比。结果实施全程优质护理之后,住院部队伤病员的满意度、自我管理意识、护士主动完成基础护理、平均住院天数均有了显著改善,与实施之前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论深化全程优质护理可有效地提高部队伤病员满意度,有利于部队伤病员的管理,减少平均住院天数,提高部队战斗力。

Objective To explore the effects of deepening full process quality nursing in managing military patients. Methods Select 332 hospitalized patients from April 2010 to February 2012 as observation group and 341 hospitalized patients from March 2007 to March 2010 as control group. Full process nursing humanistic care, deepening connotation of quality nursing service and reforming nursing quality control were applied in the patients of observation group, and then compare patients＇ satisfaction, self-management consciousness, situation of active fulfilling basic nursing and average hospitalization days between two groups. Results The degree of satisfaction of patients, self-management consciousness, situation of active fulfilling basic nursing and average hospitalization days are improved when observation group was compared with control group, and all differences have statistics significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Deepening full process quality nursing can increase military patients＇ satisfaction effectively, which was beneficial to manage military patients, decrease average hospitalization days and improve army＇s fighting power.
