摘要
介绍了12%多杀菌素油悬浮剂的研制方法及优点。采用湿法研磨工艺,对配方中的分散介质、乳化剂、增稠剂和润湿分散剂等进行了筛选试验,确定了优化配方:多杀菌素12%、改性土8%、农乳600#6%、酚醚磷酸酯盐TXPK5%、木质素磺酸钠1.5%和油酸甲酯67.5%。该产品经过冷热贮稳定性测定,其各项指标均符合油悬浮剂标准。
This paper introduced the processing methods and advantages of spinosad 12% oil miscible flowable concentrate. The screening experiments of dispersion medium, emulsifier, thickener and wetting and dispersing agent were carried out based on the wet-grinding technology. And the optimized formulation was determined. The stability experiments showed that the quality of this product met the standard of oil miscible flowable concentrat.
