糖化血红蛋白与外科围术期患者的转归
摘要
糖化血红蛋白（HbAlc）作为术前评估围术期患者转归的参考指标，正受到麻醉和外科医生的关注。新近研究表明HbAlc可以预测不良事件，特别是心血管疾病不良事件的发生，提高防治糖尿病并发症的水平；同时作为预测预后重要风险因子，可预测围术期患者的转归。
