健康信念模式干预对中老年高血压患者心脑血管病发病率的影响

Influence of Health Belief Model Intervention on the Incidence of Cardio-cerebral Vascular Diseases in Elderly Hypertensive Patients

目的探讨健康信念模式干预对中老年高血压患者心脑血管病发病率的影响,为社区卫生服务对中老年高血压的管理提供依据。方法将173例患者按照造册登记顺序分为干预组86例和对照组87例。干预组在常规治疗基础上采用健康信念模式的护理干预。对照组采用常规健康教育。并观察两组心脑血管病发病率。结果 3年内干预组心脑血管病总发生率为14.25%,对照组总发生率为28.22%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论健康信念模式有助于心脑血管病患者建立良好的健康行为,社区护理干预可明显降低心脑血管病的发生率。

Objective Discuss the influence of health belief model intervention on the cardio-cerebral-vascular disease incidence of aged patients with hypertension,sum up management experience of community health service in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods Community nurse intervention based on Health belief model interventions for 86 cases of patients in intervention group for 3 years while general treatment for 87 cases in control group,and compare incidence of cardio-cerebral-vascular disease in two groups.Results The overall incidence of cardio-cerebral-vascular disease in 3-year in intervention group is 14.25%,which is 28.22% in control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions Through active community intervention on aged patients with hypertension,it can significantly reduce the incidence of cardio-cerebral-vascular disease and it is worth of spreading.
