Germplasm Development,Discovery and Utilization of Valuable Genes from Wild Relatives of Oryza Genus

种质资源是作物育种的物质基础,也是研究水稻起源、进化、发育和基因功能的基本材料.本文以野生稻为对象,系统总结、分析了近年来世界范围内水稻遗传育种界对野生稻有利基因资源发掘和利用所取得的成就,以及该领域在研究技术和手段方面的最新进展.

Wild rice is the ancestor of modern cultivars and the most important gene pool for the rice breeding programs.The breakthrough and achievements on the development of elite germplasm were reviewed in this paper,as well as the discovery and the utilization of valuable genes from wild relatives of Oryza genus obtained in the latest years,and the newly developed approaches for the research of wild relatives of rice.Which will be referemed for the further exploitation of valuable gene of wild rice in the future.
