摘要
学分制是与学年制相对应的课程教学管理制度和评价制度。其自由自主选课方式、差别教育理念都有利于促进个体自主发展,越来越受到高校青睐。所以学分制教学改革已经成为我国当下高校教育改革的趋势,也是满足提高人才培养质量、适应发展独立个性人才的需要及拓展知识结构的必然要求。同时,学分制教学管理制度对教学监管机制也提出更高标准:前期选课指导、中期保障规定、后期监督措施是确保实现学分制目的的保障机制。唯有如此,才能发挥学分制的价值,强化我国高等教育教学效果,提高整体教学水平。
The credit system is teaching management system and evaluation system corresponding to the academic year system. Independent free elective way, differences in educational philosophy greatly promote the development of individual autonomy, so the credit system is favored by more and more colleges and universities. It has become the trend of the current higher education reform in China, will improve the quality of personnel training, meet the need to develop an independent personality talents, expand the knowledge structure of the inevitable. Meanwhile, the credit system management need higher standards of teaching regulatory mechanisms: pre-enroliment guidance, the mid-protection requirements, the latter part of the supervisory measures of institutional mechanisms to ensure the realization of the credit system. Only in this way it can improve optimal effect of the credit system, improve the level of Chinese higher education teaching.
