摘要
本文通过对PBL教学模式下教师角色的研究,提出了新型教学模式下教师角色多元化的观点。在此基础上,分析了制约教师由传统角色向新型角色转变的影响因素,并有针对性地提出了干预的对策。
Through the studying of the teachers' role in the PBL teaching mode, this paper proposed that in the new teaching mode, teacher means a multi- role. Based On this, analyzed the influencing factors which restrict teachers' transition from the traditional role to the new role. At the end, gave some intervention countermeasures.
