摘要
从钢铁企业开展节能减排、提升产品竞争力的需求出发，结合公司能源成本构成和管控特点，从多维度、多角度提出能源成本管控的策略，较为详细地介绍了宝钢不锈钢在能源成本管控的实践与探索。
Based on requirements of energy saving and emission reduction, product competitive ability promotion from steel enterprises, combined with energy cost structure and control characteristics of baosteel stainless steel company, the control strategy for energy cost was put forward from the multi-dimension and multi-angle. The paper introduced in detail the practice and exploration of energy cost control in this stainless steel company.
