大连特钢轴承钢冶炼工艺实践

THE PRACTICE OF MELTING AND REFINING TECHNOLOGY FOR THE BEARING STEEL IN DALIAN SPECIAL STEEL

介绍东北特钢集团大连特钢以转炉作为轴承钢初炼炉，通过LF、RH及连铸工序生产出优质的轴承钢，进而实现转炉冶炼轴承钢的高效、高质、低成本生产。

This paper introduces the main produce process for high quality bearing steel blooms in Dongbei special steel. In this process BOF is taken as the primary melting furnace, in combination with LF, RH refining and continuous casting. The results show that bearing steels can be produced by BOF process with high efficiency, high quality, low cost.
