64层螺旋CT血管造影在脑动脉瘤诊断中的应用价值

Application value of 64 layers spiral computed tomography angiography in diagnosis of cerebral aneurysm

目的探讨64层螺旋CT血管造影诊断脑动脉瘤的应用价值。方法选取2011年1月至2012年11月收治的98例高度疑似脑动脉瘤患者,分别采用数字血管成像(DSA)和CT血管造影(CTA)两种检查方法进行诊断,观察其诊断率;并做患者接受度的调查。结果 DSA检查比CTA多检出1例患者,但两种检查结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);DSA和CTA两种检查方法接受度调查结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),CTA检查的接受度较DSA高。结论 CTA完全可以替代DSA作为脑动脉瘤的诊断标准,并且痛苦小、患者接受度高。

Objective To explore the application value of 64 layers spiral computed tomography angiography in diagnosis of cerebral aneurysm. Methods Chose 98 cases of those highly suspected cerebral aneurysm patients who have been admitted at our hospital from January 2011 to November 2012, and respec- tively adopted digital subtraction angiography （DSA）and computed tomography angiography（ CTA ）these two methods to diagnose patients, observed their diagnosis rates. Then investigated patients＂ aeceptabilities. Re- suits Digital subtraction angiography diagnosed out one more case than computed tomography angiography did, but the result has no statistics difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ） ; And there were significant differences between these two methods＂ acceptabilities. Conclusions Computed tomography angiography can replace digital subtraction angiography as diagnosis standard for cerebral aneurysm, it produce lighter pain and has higher patients acceptability.
