摘要
江垭水利枢纽工程 (见图 1 )是澧水流域上第一个具有防洪、发电、航运、灌溉、旅游等综合效益的大型骨干工程。为了发挥水库超蓄洪水的能力 ,以达到降低洪灾损失、减轻下游防洪压力的目的 ,在原设计总体布置不变、基本不影响大坝施工总进度的前提下 ,利用工程正在施工的有利时机 ,将大坝由原设计高程 2 42 m加高至 2 45 m,获得 1 .1 5亿 m3的超蓄库容 ,能显著地削减洪峰 ,并增强了水库的错峰能力及汛期防洪调度的灵活性 ,具有显著的减灾效益 ,并能提高发电效益。
Jiangya Water Conservancy Project is the first large\|scale key one in Lishui River Basin with multi\|purpose such as flood control, power generation, navigation, irrigation and tourism. In order to bring the capacity of reservoir over\|impounding flood into full play to reduce flood disaster losses and relieve the pressure of flood control for the downstream, on the condition of not changing the general arrangement of the original design and basically not influencing the general progress of the dam construction, the dam is heightened from the original El.242 m to El.245 m making use of the opportunity that the project is under construction. So the over\|impoundment storage of 115 million m 3 is obtained which can reduce the flood peak considerably, improve the reservoir′s ability of staggering the flood peak and the flexibility of flood control dispatching during the flood season; the benefit of reducing the disaster is outstanding and the benefit of power generation can also be improved.improve the reservoir′s ability of stagger
