热休克蛋白70与2型糖尿病及大血管病变的关系 被引量:3

摘要 据世界卫生组织统计,目前全世界糖尿病患者约有1.8亿人,而2型糖尿病患者占90%。大量研究结果证实,氧化应激及炎症反应等是2型糖尿病及心血管疾病的潜在危险因素。热休克蛋白(Hsp)70家族在生物细胞中含量最高,可诱导性最强,具有多种生物学功能。近年来研究发现Hsp70与2型糖尿病及大血管病有着密切关系。
