Design and implementation of control system for intelligent all-electric injection molding machine

摘要 提出将全电动伺服控制与智能工艺优化技术结合应用于注射机的成型过程控制,设计智能全电动注射机控制系统,对硬件及软件系统分模块进行系统构架,利用初始工艺参数生成与模糊推理优化技术实现智能优化.在Linux操作系统环境下,利用C++面向对象程序设计语言,基于华中数控HNC-8开放式数控平台开发了主控制程序,并将开发的控制系统与样机机械部分集成联调.以实际产品为案例进行注塑生产的试验验证,结果表明:该系统各部分运动准确、响应快速,开发的智能系统可缩短产品生产周期,提高产品质量. By the combination of intelligent process parameters optimization with all-electric servo con- trol technology, a process control system for injection molding machine was presented. The hardware and software systems divided into various modules were constructed respectively. Then the intelligent optimization system was implemented using the initial process parameters generation method and the fuzzy inference technology. The control programs, which were developed in Linux operating system and Huazhong CNC (computer numerical control) system platform HNC-8, were integrated with the mechanism of an injection molding machine. Finally, an injection molding experiment was performed to verify the effectiveness of the control system. The results show that the system has advantages such as high motion control accuracy and quick response. The developed intelligent system can shorten production cycle and improve product quality, which can be useful developing the special controller of injection molding machines.
