摘要
根据可持续发展理论和浙江省的水资源开发利用特点 ,提出了水资源可持续利用的总体思路 ,以及在农业、城市、海岛。
Based on sustainable development theory and water resources exploitation and use features in Zhejiang Province,the general idea of sustainable water resources use and the strategic measures and counter measures in agriculture,city,sea island,water resources protection and management are advanced.
