摘要
通过研究低烟无卤阻燃电缆料基体树脂的选择及其不同配比、无机阻燃剂填料表面处理方式以及Mg(OH)2与红磷复配阻燃体系对材料力学性能及阻燃性能的影响,设计了具有抗开裂性能的低烟无卤阻燃电缆料的配方,即EVA 65~75份,HDPE 25~35份,Mg(OH)290~110份,红磷8份,超分散剂10~20份,抗氧化剂2.5份,其他助剂6~8份。测试结果表明,所研制的低烟无卤阻燃电缆料具有良好的抗开裂性能及阻燃性能。
Though the research on the choice and different formulation of the matrix for crack-retardant, LSHF cable compounds, and the impact of inorganic flame-retardant agent surfaee treating, and the combined flame- retardant system of Mg(OH)2/red-phosphorus on the mechanical and flame-retardant performance, a LSHF flame- retardant formulation with craek-retardant performance is designed which consists of EVA 65~75 parts, HDPE 25~ 35 parts, Mg(OH)2 90~110 parts, red-phosphorus 8 parts, hyperdispersant 10~20 parts, antioxidant 2.5 parts, and other aid agent 6 ~ 8 parts. The experiment result shows that this kind of compound has excellent crack- retardancy and flame-retardant performance.
