摘要 介绍了一种轻质耐弯曲新型射频同轴电缆的设计和制造。该电缆突破了传统射频同轴电缆的结构设计局限,生产中使用先进的工艺控制,在保证电缆电气性能的基础上,提高了其弯曲性能,并且极大地减轻了电缆重量,以利于实际的安装需要。该电缆具有表面平整光滑、高抗压、高抗张强度、回波损耗小、衰减小和弯曲性能优异等优点。 The design and manufacture of a novel light and bend-resistant RF coaxial cable is introduced. It smashes the design limitation of traditional RF coaxial cables. Due to using advanced process control, the bending performance of the cable is improved while ensuring the electrical properties, at the same time~ the weight of the cable is reduced greatly, thereby facilitating the actual installation.
