摘要
铝塑复合带纵包结构是电缆综合护层结构的主要单元,广泛应用于光缆、铁路信号电缆和部分电力电缆。铝塑复合带纵包的质量在很大程度上影响着电缆的直径和综合护层的质量。针对大直径电缆生产过程中铝塑复合带纵包易发生断带、严重的荷叶边和直径回弹等质量问题,通过图示分析介绍了铝塑复合带纵包时应采取的工艺控制技术,具体包括模具配置方法和纵包成型控制技术。这些工艺控制技术,在大直径电缆生产实践中得到了有效验证,取得了良好效果。
A1-PE composite tape with longitudinal wrapping structure is the main unit of the integrated cable sheath structure,widely used in fiber optic cable, railway signaling cable, and some power cables. The quality of A1- PE composite tape longitudinal wrapping will largely affect the diameter and the quality of the cable integrated sheath. Aiming at some quality issues during AI-PE tape longitudinal wrapping, such as tape breaking, heavy flounce, and diameter springback, the process control technologies that should be adopted during the longitudinal wrapping of A1- PE tape are discussed through diagram analysis, including mould configuration and longitudinal wrapping control technology. The process control technologies have been confirmed having good effects.
