摘要
目的:探讨通管方对输管炎性大鼠血清IL-6的影响。方法:运用细菌悬液制备输卵管炎性模型,将实验动物分为正常组,模型组,通管方低、中、高剂量组和血府逐瘀片对照组,于造模后第20天开始分别给予各组相对应药物灌胃治疗,模型组予生理盐水灌胃,正常组常规饲养。于造模后第35天、50天(即给药第15天、30天)从各组中随机抽取8只进行取材,检测血清中IL-6的含量,比较各组两个不同时期的检测结果。结果:造模后第35天、50天血清中IL-6含量均显著升高,通过给药,每组血清中IL-6含量均有所下降。药物干预15天后、30天后,通管方高剂量组阳性表达明显下降,与模型组和对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),15天、30天两个时间段比较,通管方高、中、低剂量组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:通管方能降低血清中IL-6的含量,但其作用机制尚不能阐明。
Objective: To investigate the effect of fallopian tube recanalization prescription on the serum interleukin (IL) -6 level in rats with fallopian tube inflammation. Methods: A rat model of fallopian tube inflammation was induced using bacterial suspension. The experimental rats were divided into normal group, model group, low -, middle -, and high - dose fallopian tube recanalization prescrip- tion groups, and Xuefu Zhuyu tablet control group. At 20 d after the model was developed, the fallopian tube recanalization prescription groups and Xuefu Zhuyu tablet control group were given fallopian tube recanalization prescription and Xuefu Zhuyu tablets, respective- ly, by gavage ; the model group was given saline by gavage ; the normal group was fed conventionally. Eight rats were randomly selected from each group at 35 d and 50 d after the model was developed or at 15 d and 30 d after medical intervention. The serum IL -6 levels in each group at different time points were measured and compared. Results: The model group showed significantly increased serum IL -6 levels at 35 d and 50 d after the model was developed, and the serum IL -6 levels were decreased in all the intervention groups. At 15 d and 30 d after medical intervention, the high - dose fallopian tube recanalization prescription group showed significantly de- creased positive IL - 6 expression, with significant differences compared with the model group and control group (P 〈 0. O1 ). All the high -, middle - , and low - dose fallopian tube recanalization prescription groups showed significantly different serum IL - 6 levels at 15 (t and 30 d after medical intervention (P 〈0. O1 ). Conclusion: Fallopian tube recanalization prescription can decrease serum IL- 6 level, but the mechanism remains unclear.
