摘要
从可持续发展观念的内涵出发 ,研讨了水资源合理配置及承载能力的基本概念、内涵、特性、主要研究内容及分析方法等 ,并在此基础上讨论了水资源合理配置及承载能力与可持续发展观念之间的相互关系 ,对规范水资源规划与管理的研究具有一定的指导意义。
This paper tries to analyze and define the basic co ncept, connotation, researching contents and analyzing method of water resources rational allocation and carrying capac ity on the basis of theory of sustainabl e developmet and to discuss the relation ship between water resources rational a llocation, carrying capacity and thinkin g of sustainable development. This is useful for the research work in the fie ld of water resources planning and manag ement.
