反相高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中绿原酸的含量 被引量:4

摘要 建立了含金银花成分化妆品中绿原酸含量的测定方法。样品经甲醇提取后用反相高效液相色谱法进行测定。色谱柱为Athena C18-wp(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(13∶87),检测波长327nm,流速1.0mL/min。绿原酸进样量在0.0020~0.1503μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数r>0.9995,膏霜剂、水剂和乳液剂样品的平均回收率分别为91.3%、95.6%和102.3%,RSD分别为2.84%、0.66%和4.53%(n=6)。方法准确可靠、重复性好,可用于含金银花化妆品中绿原酸含量的检测。 To establish a method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in cosmetics with the component of honeysuckle. The HPLC method was used with Athena C18 wp column (250 mm×4.6 ram, 5 μm) and acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (13/87) as the mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 327 nm, the flow rate was 1.0mL/min. The linear range was (1.0020-0.1503μg, a good correlation coefficient was obtained, r〉0. 9995. The average recovery rates for cream, lotion and e-mulsion samples were 91.3%, 95.6% and 102.3%, respectively, and RSD were 2. 84%, 0.66% and 4.53%(n=6). The method is accurate, credible and repeatable, which can be used to detect chlorogenic acid in cosmetics containing honeysuckle.
