摘要 选用TI公司高性能数字信号处理器TMS320LF2407A为主控芯片设计主控电路。在吸收现有成熟电路的基础上,设计了送丝、驱动、送丝机信号调制、反馈、保护等辅助功能电路。以51系列单片机为主控芯片,设计并成功开发出了一套使用于数字化多功能弧焊电源的人机交互系统;包括集成数码管显示、键盘输入、编码器输入和R232通讯等功能。最后以脉冲MIG焊的工艺实验对电源的性能做出测试,电源性能稳定,焊缝的成型美观,接口可靠。 The main control circuit is based on Texas Instruments TMS320LF2407. Based on the existing cir- cuit, wire feeding circuit, PWM driving circuit, wire feeding signal modulation, feedback circuit and protection cir- cuit were designed. Also the human-computer interaction system based on MCS-51 microchontrollers was designed, with LED display, keyboard input,encoder input, communicaition of R232 and so on. Pluse MIG welding experi- ments are taken for an example to test the power supply, and the power supply worked in stabled. The weld seam is delight, and the interface is reliable.
