摘要
伺服压力机是一个复杂的机电系统,难以建立精确的数学模型,传统的PID控制方法难以实现精确控制。针对这种情况,提出了在原有的PID控制的基础上加入模糊控制的方案。详细推导了模糊控制变量的确定、模糊规则的建立、模糊控制量的精确以及模糊控制和PID控制的切换,并进行了仿真和实验。结果表明该方案具有稳定、超调小、响应快、调节时间短、结构简单、容易实现的优点,实现了对伺服压力机位置控制系统的精确控制。
Servo press is a complex Electro-Mechanical System. Which difficult to establish the precise mathematical model , The traditional PID control method is hard to achieve precise control . In view of this situation , This paper presents the Fuzzy control based on PID control method, detailed deduce the fuzzy control variable definition of fuzzy controller, and the found of fuzzy rule, and fuzzy general control table, and fuzzy control adjust, the results of simulation and application show that the method which has the advantages of stability, fast response, small overshoot and short setting time, Realize the servo press position control system accuracy control.
