摘要
近半个世纪以来，对比剂（contrast media，cM）的研发应用使得介入放射学的广泛发展成为可能。期间对比剂几经改良，以减少其相关的不良并发症。但由于个体差异、药物代谢特性及认识不足等多种因素限制，并发症的发生仍不能完全避免，如。肾毒性，已跃居医源性急性肾衰竭第3位病因…，并直接增加患者死亡风险。因此，预防和治疗对比剂肾病（contrast—induced nephrotoxicity，CIN）也成为临床医师越来越关注的问题。
