摘要
目的:通过建立X射线荧光元素分析技术快速测定空心胶囊中的铬方法,将此法应用于明胶原料及阿胶中的铬测定。方法:便携式X射线荧光元素分析仪,测试时间180s,标准偏差1σ,采用模式:塑料模式,激发电压:20 kev,检测器:硅漂移检测器。结果:此方法的检出限为10 mg·kg^(-1),与原子吸收分光光度法测试结果比较,Cr含量大于10 mg·kg^(-1)的阳性样品的检出率为100%。结论:该方法简便快速,验证了X射线元素分析技术作为一种快速分析手段在胶囊、明胶及阿胶铬检查中应用的可行性。
Objective : To establish a method for the rapid determination of Cr in vacant capsules, gelatin and Colla Corii Asini by X-ray fluorescence elemental technology. Method: A portable X-ray fluorescence elemental analyzer was used with test time of 180s, standard deviation of 1 σ, plastic mode, excitation voltage of 20kev and silicon drift detector. Result: Under the testing conditions, the detection limit was 10 mg kg-1 , the detection rate of the positive samples with Cr above 10 mg kg-1 was 100% compared with that by atomic absorption spectrometry. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and feasible in the rapid detection of Cr in vacant cap- sules, gelatin and Colla Corii Asini.
