异烟肼温敏性水凝胶的制备及溶出度试验

摘要 目的:制备可注射的异烟肼温敏性水凝胶并测定其溶出度。方法:以壳聚糖、β-甘油磷酸钠为基质制备异烟肼凝胶,采用紫外分光光度法测定异烟肼的含量,并考察样品体外释药行为。结果:壳聚糖/β-甘油磷酸钠体系在温度37℃时,20min可形成凝胶。异烟肼在前1 h快速释放50%,后缓慢平稳释放。结论:本凝胶制备方法简单,质量可控,具有缓释性。 Objective: To develop thermo-sensitive isoniazid hydrogels for injection and determine the dissolution rate. Method: The hydrogels were prepared with chitosan and glycerophosphate as the base. The content of isoniazid in the gels was determined by UV spectrophotometry and the dissolution of isoniazid was studied in vitro. Result: The solution was gelled in 20 min at 37℃ . The disso- lution rate of isoniazid was quick in the first hour with 50% accumulated amount, and then sustained release was achieved. Conclusion: The preparation method of the hydrogels is simple, and the quality is controllable with sustained release property.
