Determination of L-Glutamine in Glutamine Capsules by HPLC

目的:建立测定谷氨酰胺胶囊中L-谷氨酰胺含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法:色谱柱为Thermo BDS HYPERSIL C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:己烷磺酸钠溶液(取己烷磺酸钠0.8 g,加水1 000 ml溶解,加磷酸0.5 ml,混匀)-甲醇(9:1);流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1);柱温:30℃,检测波长212 nm。结果:L-谷氨酰胺在0.1～1.0 mg·ml^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为0.4%(n=9)。结论:本方法简单可行,结果准确,重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of L-glutamine in glutamine capsules by HPLC. Meth- od： The determination was performed on a Thermo BDS HYPERSIL C18 （250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） column. The mobile phase was hexane sulfonate sodium solution（ dissolving 0.8 g sodium hexane sulfonate in 1 000 ml water, adding 0.5 ml phosphoric acid and mix- ing）-methanol （9：1 ）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml min-l. The detection wavelength was 212 nm. Result： The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.1-1.0 mg ml -1 （ r = 0. 999 9）. The average recovery was 99.3% and RSD was 0.4% （ n = 9 ）. Conclusion： The method is simple, feasible and reproducible. It can be used in the quality control of glutamine capsules.
