摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定甲氯漱口液中甲硝唑及醋酸氯己定的含量。方法:色谱柱为Phenomenex Luna C_(18)(200 mm×4-60 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-醋酸钠缓冲溶液(60:40),检测波长为260 nm,流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1)。结果:甲硝唑和醋酸氯己定的含量测定线性范围分别为1.002 4~10.024 0μg(r=0.999 9),0.406 4~4.064 0μg(r=0.999 8),平均回收率分别为100.0%,99.6%,RSD分别为0.2%,1.1%(n=9)。结论:该含量测定方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于甲氯漱口液的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of metronidazole and chlorhexidine acetate in Jialv gargles by HPLC. Method: The determination was performed on a Phenomenex Luna column( 200 mm× 4.60 mm,5 μm)using methanol- sodium acetate buffer solution (60: 40) as the mobile phase with the detection wavelength of 260 nm and the flow rate of 1.0 ml min-l. Re- sult: The linear range of metronidazole and chlorhexidine acetate was 1. 002 4-10. 024 0 /xg( r = 0.999 9 ) and 0. 406 4-4. 064 0μg( r = 0. 999 8 ) , and the average recovery was 100.0% ( RSD = 0.2% , n = 9 ) and 99.6% ( RSD = 1.1% , n = 9) , respectively. Conclu- sion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can he used in the quality control of Jialti gargles.
