摘要
目的:探讨实施基于问题的学习(PBL)教育对医务人员在Ⅰ类切口围术期抗菌药预防使用的影响,为抗菌药的使用管理提供参考依据。方法:根据卫生部相关规定,对茂南区属8所医疗机构医务人员进行培训,对照组采用常规的集中培训模式,观察组在此基础上结合2011年1月~2011年12月医院Ⅰ类切口围术期抗菌药预防使用情况分析,找出存在的问题,对医务人员进行PBL教育,分别在2个月后抽取两组治疗的Ⅰ类切口病历各40份,观察并比较两组预防用抗菌药使用率、品种合理率、疗程合理率、时机合理率及联合用药情况。结果:观察组实施PBL教育后,在预防用抗菌药使用率、品种合理率、疗程合理率、用药时机合理率、联合用药等方面均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施PBL教育可提高医务人员的抗菌药物使用水平,促进抗菌药的合理使用,具有可行性,值得推广。
Objective: To explore the effect of problem-based learning (PBL) on antibiotic prophylaxis in the perioperative period of type I incision in order to provide reference for the antibiotic application management. Method: According to the relevant provisiens of ministry of Healib, the medical staff from eight medical institutions of Maonan district was trained. The control group was with rou- tine intensive training, and the observation group was combined with PBL on the base of the analysis on antibiotic prophylaxis in the perioperative period of type I incision during January to December in the year of 2011. Two months later, 40 medical records of type I incision from the two groups were withdrawn and the use frequency, respective reasonable rate of category, treatment period and appli- cation time, and combination application were observed and compared. Result : After PBL education, the observation indices in the ob- servation group were all improved compared with those in the control group with statistically significant difference( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: The implementation of PBL education can improve the level of antibiotic use in medical staff and promote the rational use with feasibility and promotion.
