摘要
犊牛白肌病是指由于日粮硒和（或）维生素E缺乏或不足而引起的一种以骨骼肌和心肌变性、坏死为主的一种代谢性疾病，临床表现运动障碍、急性心力衰竭和消化不良；剖检变化以骨骼肌变性、坏死，心脏变形、扩张、体积增大，肝脏为槟榔肝为特征。近几年来，黑龙江省哈尔滨市呼兰区的规模化养牛场多有发生，分析原因：青饲料供给不足和玉米多为烘干，造成日粮硒和（或）维生素E缺乏。笔者共诊治187例，治愈率为97．3％。结合临床实践，对该病介绍如下，供读者参考。
