The Exploration and Thinking about the Construction of Learning Party Organization

建设学习型党组织是基层党建的重要任务和内容,是医院管理的强力推手。北京同仁医院党委坚持一手抓教育,一手抓考核,两者并重。建立了"713"教育培训体系和党支部、党员考核体系,进行了大胆和有益的尝试,取得了良好效果。

Constructing the learning party organization is the important task and content of Party development at the basic level, as well as the strong power of pushing management of hospital to move forward. Both education and appraisal development of Beijing Tongren Hospital are never paid less attention by all members in Party Committee. Some practices, such as building ‘713＇ education and training system, and evaluation system of the Party branches and their members, had already been attempted bravely; as result, all of them had been achieved successfully to make positive contributions to the construction of learning party organization.
