文章针对房地产投资项目经济分析的特点，提出了如何用计算机技术实现其系统软件， 包括系统的界定与目标、系统的结构、系统功能设计、系统软件设计、以及系统的实施与发展。
This. paper, based on the characteristics of economic analysis on property investment projects, introduces the way to develop the systematic software of economic analysis on properly investment projects on computers. It includesthe definition and the target of the system, its structure, function, design of the system and the systematic software, and the operation and the development of the system.
